Great story! And as a young enthusiast myself I thank you again for that boy. The CS is my dream car, my ultimate goal in life. I've been around quite a few, in several colors, and only had the opportunity to sit in one, at a dealer in Atlanta.

This past April I was an event photographer for a charity exotic car festival in Orlando and there were two trackdays at Sebring. A friend asked a CS owner to take me out around the track. I, much like the Stabucks employee, felt my knees give out. That's something I could never do, just ask someone for a ride in their Ferrari around a race track. When he said "Sure, Lets's go," I was speechless. And to be completely honest I don't remember how I reacted or what I said.

What I do remember is 4 unforgettable laps in a Rosso Corsa Challenge Stradale around Sebring's historic 3.7 mile road coarse. I've never said "Thank you" so many times in my life in a 20 minute period. That was the single most incredible experience in my short 24 years.

So thank you again for making someone's day, and possibly dream come true.

Peter

P.S. Your Grigio Titanio CS is stunning!
I always carry an extra helmet on track days. I instruct, but am always open for a hot lap in the CS.

Titanium is a great color for the CS.

btw, your photography is very good. Keep striving for that CS.

Thank you! A CS is what I work for everyday

I'll be buying a helmet for all the trackdays I go to so I can get more rides. I was literally running through the paddocks at Sebring looking for a helmet that day. Here's a quick video of me right after the ride. I'm sure my face was much like your Starbucks buddy.

I have seen that face!

I can tell that ride was very special. The CS is a very special car.

When I would run the Virginia City Hillclimb, there was always a line of locals with helmet in hand, wanting a ride. They always got out of the car with that same face!

Serious respect for what you did to that kid! The best kind of enthusiast is the one that shares his passion with others when he can.
Gorgeous color of the CS btw!

I must be fairly approachable. Sometimes on Sunday afternoons my wife and I will swing by a bookstore to pick up some magazines and then hit a restaurant, hang out, eat and relax.

That's what we did today, but we didn't have the CS, but the SL55. Apparently, the waiters are enthusiasts. No sooner had we sat down, and this one young man comes over and starts chatting about the CS and wondered if I had sold it, as he hadn't seen me in the SL55 before. He waxed on about how much he loved the CS. I let him know the CS was safe at home with his stable mates.

We end up talking cars, and he sits down with us. We talk about everything from the new Aventador, to the Zonda. He mentioned that he would be moving and returning to school in a few weeks, and wondered if I happened to be in the restaurant with the CS, could he look in it. My wife glanced up from her magazine, with a wry grin.

I invited him to a monthly Cars & Coffee event that my friends and I put on the first Sat morning of every month. We get anywhere from 100-200+ very exotic and unique cars. I told him if he comes, I would do more than let him look inside, and that I would take him for a ride. There go the knees! I've seen this before.

He said that he would be there with bells and whistles. My wife and I had a nice, relaxing time. When our check arrived, a good part of our bill got comp'd. He'll get a very memorable CS introduction!
