As mentioned in our previous thread regarding the 458 Spider it's been eerily quiet on the news front from Maranello regarding this highly anticipated drop top. Word is that no one is allowed near thew 458 assembly line during factory tours right now as the car is being worked on but that still doesn't stop us from a rendering here and there right! The tips we have received are still saying we will see a form of a retractable hard top possibly made from carbon fiber but again nothing has been officially confirmed. Until then we will keep our eyes and ears open and enjoy the amazing images below!

Could one of the sexiest cars every made. Can you imagine listening to that wonderful flat-plane V8 sing with the top down?! Heaven! I like how you added air inlets behind the seats.
