Garett:
Are you trying to improve the Ferrari dealership experience? It's about time. Most of the dealers I have dealt with over the years don't deserve buying key chains from, but they have you over a barrel, and take advantage at every corner.
I always felt that the dealers should be about as enthusiastic about their clients, as the clients are about the cars, and make the experience feel enjoyable...... not like a fleecing. Well done Garett!

Thanks for noticing. YOu obviously get it. We have always been totally committed but we developed this program because we know that these drivers are neglected. Its is a total program in which ALL maintenance is similarly priced. Plus i am putting it out there in the open with no tricks (which often leaves us wide open for some type of attack). But this way everyone knows just how we do it.
THe idea is to honor the drivers and give them the Ferrari Experience they deserve (certianly not a fleecing as you put it). Keep in mind i am the owner of several dealerships yet i am posting this myself. IT is a family organization not some big corporate entitiy.
I hope you keep in touch,

OK. So it has been a week or so since I launched the preview of our Ferrari Vintage Service Program (exclusively for the Fchatters and Teasmspeed.com) and the main focus of conversation was on the price of the oil changes and not the great discounts on the other much more expensive services.
At $295 (with all real Ferrari parts) this was already not a winner for the dealership. Yet the public demanded cheaper. I felt that having the oil change at a lower price was a cheap gimmick as it is really cheaper than it can be performed for. Yet I aim to please. We are so committed that I feel it is more important to give the true drivers what they want. Who cares if we lose $100 per Oil change. I guess if that is what it takes to make sure you feel loved then we will have to do it.
So I am willing to go overboard to give you what you want. Enjoy!!!
