When your international nickname for 40 years is the "Prince of Darkness" I think you deserve to sport a matte black sports car more than anyone else alive.

I don't think it looks that great compared to other 458s...I think a Satin Black would have worked better than Matte Black.

i think the matte black is a nice effect but the strong lines of the 458 beg for a strong metallic color that 'glistens' in the light

Dont think it works on this car, would look better on taller cars such as an SLR, SLS, Z8, Maserati etc.
