Who has seen any these is person? Somehow they seem to show the lines off on this car, yet I find matte usually kills the line unless sharp like a Lambo. I find some of the colors I loves on the 430 don't wor on the 458...seems like the the lines disappear. To me the beauty of this car is how detailed the body really is if you get to see it from all angles.

 

I agree some 430 colours dont look as good, the easiest colour is red as it looks spectacular. How about yellow, I think that does look very fitting for the cars proportions.

 

I didn't want to get red again...had yellow in different cars. But I do agree, those are the 2 best for the lines on this car.Still love black, but a pain in the ass when you drive it everyday. I wanna drive, not wash. I wanted a balloon white but think the 430 was hotter. I love the matte finishes though, just not enough pics to make a good opinion.

 

I wanted to order one in matte as well, I think "matte" is more fitting on lamborghini's in general.

White is nice but as you said the proportions of the car is a tricky issue, you want something that shows of the cars lines well.

How about Grigio Titanio with the Bi-Colori Black roof, I saw one in Monte-Carlo and it looked amazing with the Grey 20" sport rims, sport sills and titanium brake calipers.

 

Titanio, black roof. Done, thank me later.

That matte red is insane. I've never seen that before on any car.
