Received a couple of inquiries on more frontal shots of the radar detector. The front bumper needed to be removed for a more stealthy look. Many companies on the market would not remove the front bumper for the installation (due to sheer difficulty and lack of experience with dismounting bumpers) and just mount the unit right in front of the mesh grille. However, the detector unit does protrude and is very visible.
The chosen detector is the Escort Qi45 installed by our resident specialist BigAl.
