According to a comment posted below from a witness, it appears the Ferrari was illegally attempting to pass to get into the turn lane, thus responsible for the accident. "I was at the car wash when this happened. The traffic was backed up on northbound Parsons Av and the Ferrari was passing across a double yellow line (illegal) to try and get to the small left turn lane I believe."

A buddy of mine who works near the accident scene sent this to me today..
"A little more detail as this happened near my work. As of this morning the car is sitting at Ferrari of Tampa Bay. It will be moved to Orlando later this week for evaluation and is expected to be moved again up to Classic Coach in Jersey for repairs. Best yet, the driver of the F-150 has garbage insurance.
Ironically the guy that owns the 458 drives a F-150 as a daily driver."
No validation on any of these points, of course, but thought they were worth sharing. Sounds more like the damage assessment is incomplete.
