Aerodynamics are improved with a front spoiler that "adds 45kg of down force" to the front end at a speed of 150 mph (241 km/h).

The new rear spoiler with a Gurney flap adds 25kg of downforce.

At the same time, airflow is improved with the central radiator vent, radiator exhausts next to the headlights, stylized side sills, and new rear and underbody diffuser.

Oakley Design has put their latest creation, the Ferrari 458 Italia, on the dyno.

The final results are 644bhp and 585 rwbhp, which is more than the official Ferrari figures. The DCTuner 3000 Dynocom dyno showed a 2.6hp varience over three runs.

The graph shown below gives a good insight into the performance upgrade by Oakley.
