Need some advice building my 458

i just received a call today from my dealer and my build has been moved up from march to january due to a customer cancellation. here is what i am currently thinking about in terms of the build:

Bianco Avus / Nero black
20" sport rims
AFS system
Brake calipers yellow
Carbon fiber driving zone
carbon fiber steering wheel with leds
front suspension lift
ipod connection
scuderia shields
navigations with bluetooth
rear parking camera
hi fi stereo

any suggestions? thanks.
David

I would go for red calipers and contrast stitching in red.

If you're not planning on keeping it long (i.e. more than 2-3 years), then white is fine. Otherwise, I'd go with a more traditional color. That said, the spec looks spot-on.

i would seriously think about a lighter interior, black is too dark for this spacious car, u get lost in it. I seen 2 with black interior and dont like it at all.
the electronic options cost an arm when u compare to better stereo parts from ok stereo shops, so i dont recommend it, i just got an ipod line which was like $2K!!
front suspension lift and rear camera is really for fun, because they are costly, front and rear sensors are more then enough.
save ur money and get the sports seats and door panels in carbon, so u wont have to lose big to trade it for a 458 scud in 2+ years time.

^ word. i would personally opt for a 2-tone interior but at least get deviated stitching to match calipers and/or shields!

David,

I would HIGHLY reccomend going with the CF door cards and the CF center dash section. A customer has one with the CF door centers and a friend just picked up one without and the CF doors really brings out and compliments the driving zone and the steering wheel!

Also, possibly deviated stitching would complement the Bianco Avus as well!

No matter what options you get, its gonna be a stunner regardless

Can't wait to see the final product

In addition to the door cards and center dash section, these would work also

Don't you start, Jon. He's asking about his 458, not the RS.
