Thank you for the kind words. We have been very fortunate to have such a strong customer following over the past few years. I started the company with the goal of just chatting with Ferrari folks all day long, learning about their cars and how they drive/track them, and having some fun playing with all this stuff.
Like all "hobbies turned business", the thing has just grown like nuts. Despite now having employees, payroll, and all the headaches of a normal business, I'll still tell you -- Ricambi America is all about the passion of Ferrari. People have told me I should back off the telephones and let other people deal with day-to-day customer service. My reply? "No freakin' way!". I'll gladly take 1/10 the business volume, before I hand over my headset and well-worn telephone to somebody else. Whether I spend an hour talking with a brand-new Ferrari owner who's car needs a single floor mat anchor, or an hour chatting with a Challenge team driver about IR beacons and transponders, its just a whole lot of fun.
Heck, here's a picture (some of you might have already seen) of my son, Luca, with an Enzo steering wheel. Now where else can we play with toys like this?
.
To people who might not be familiar with our site, we are still running a 10% off discount coupon on the Coverking Ferrari covers. Sexy red satin for indoors, or kryptonite strong "Stormproof" for outdoors, they're great covers. Use coupon code "coverking" through 3/31/08.
Also, if you're looking for a particular part... we have full exploded parts diagrams for almost every modern Ferrari on-line. Click the "Parts Catalogs" link on the left-side of our website, and have fun exploring!

Oh, by the way, there are two of us on TeamSpeed:
"Jack Russell Racing" (me) - aka Daniel, based in North Carolina
"Ricambi West" - aka David, based in California (an Aussie expat).
Inventory is held on both coasts of the US.
Between the two of us, we offer live (albeit sometimes Diet Coke wired) telephone support from about 8:00am Eastern time until 6:00pm Pacific time.
