Who's is this? I saw it on I-90 in North Bend last week sometime (At least I think it was this one, license plate seems to match my memory)

By the plate it's RP's, but the driver does not look like RP. There are 5 red w/ stripe Stradales here. You know how many times people call me and ask if I'm at so and so b/c there's a red w/ stripe CS in the parking lot?? LOL

The one in my pictures wasn't at Barolo that is Daylights on here.....There's 4 or 5 of those CS's in Launch colors in our area.
