From the photo that is definitely NOT grigio alloy. It's argento nurburgring.

As much as I think the scud looks brilliant, the CS is ferrari curviness to perfection. I love that every part of the car seems to be flowing into another. Now I haven't driven either, but by looks would buy a CS over scud. Here are some I found on flickr.

Having driven both, the Scud over the CS easily.
