actually its Buzz Marcus from Boca - Buzz races a Speed Source RX8 and has been racing longer than many of us have been alive, forty years. Here is his bio from Guy Cosmo's site:

Buzz racing days began over 40 years ago and during that time he's not only driven with and against all of the racing legends - he's beat them as well.
