Not sure what to think. I've gotta give props to the guy that made it. I don't know if I'd be seen in one though. I can see how Ferrari wouldn't be happy with one of the art pieces chopped and rebuilt into a limo.

 

Meh, it's one thing to make a four door sedan, but this...wow. Tasteless.

I believe its UK, Our laws are based on theirs. I dont think they are much different.

It's absurd to think that you owe something and you cant change it to your desire.

 

To me it's fugly, but I don't think that's the point. The legal aspects of this are typical Ferrari bullying.

Will they sue Pininfarina over the 456 station wagon made for the Sultan? How about the P4/5 of Jim's? It looks nothing like the Enzo, so I guess he has "tarnished" the image of the Enzo.

What about all those Honda's running around with genuine Ferrari badges on them? Will they sue these owners? The whole thing is crazy

 

I actually think its not bad!! I wouldn't mind trying it out. After a few midnight MARTINIs at the redwood lounge that thing should be a lot of fun. And Ferrari is out of their mind. Once you have paid the bill they can't tell you JACK.

 

Completely agree. Some may see it as a different car, but essentially, its modding, no?

I hope he stands his ground.

 

I dont care how ugly it is. If he bought the car from ferrari (as in not a kit car), I think he should be able to do whatever the hell he wants with it.
