I finally got the chance to see an Italia 458 in person on Sunday, at SCP. The presence, stance, lines are very good, Truly a Ferrari for the modern age.

^Perfect color combo. I like it all one color, without the CF sills, and red calipers.

^ 458 does not have a CF sill option. Perhaps you mean the unpainted lower strip, flat black? I agree painted is best.
