Anyone have any experience with that color interior and how it holds up? I would love to own a 6-speed TDF blue 355 spyder with that color interior someday. Soon.

Depends on the leather itself.
The leather in my old C43 AMG was the same color but was thick and smooth and held up well, seemed impervious to a lot of dirt, and was also very easy to clean. I would imagine - but my long term experience is limited - that softer and supple leather are both more "absorbent" of dirt and dyes (jeans) and harder to care for.
The steering wheel and shift lever were the hardest parts to keep clean and white because of oil and dirt on your hands.

I think it would be great for a car that was used only on weekends etc. Like the 355 I mentioned. I think it would be ok if only driven for fun on the weekends or whatever and if you take care of it. I would never want it on a daily driver for sure.
