Congrats! I used this company years back when I found my Laguna Seca Blue M3. They are located in Winter Garden/Orlando, Florida.
ENCLOSED AUTOMOBILE & CAR TRANSPORTATION EXOTIC CAR TRANSPORT
As far as what to look out for, the main thing I ran into was noone wanted to give me a definite time frame for delivery. So just be cautious and obviously make sure they carry enough insurance. I'd even ask for copies of it in your case.
