Warning: NEVER test drive a Scud!

That was my issue with my uncles 430 Coupe. Thing jerked on every shift and you felt utterly removed from the driving experience.
When you said you didn't like it earlier i instantly thought it must be the transmission but then pondered as to whether the Scud's is that much more refined?
How many miles did your 430 come with? Just wondering incase you have a particularly bad clutch engagement?

Maybe. But it's nowhere near as thrilling as the scud. In fact, the guy who owns the blue 599 that I drove a couple weeks ago has offered to trade that car even up for the yellow scud I drove today.
Perhaps. Just feels cheap imho.

I think you're right. My local dealer invited us to a Scud Day at the track back in April. All I can say is that from our group alone they sold (3) 16M's and (1) Scud. I bought mine 3 weeks later. I told them they should invite us out monthly to drive their cars at the track.
