I'm with you on this one.... I still have to see it in person to really judge, but those hood gaps kill the whole front end of the car...

Ali my dear friend, you can stick it on your forhead and the cops will still give you a ticket.

Can I ask what you consider as main point in that comparison? GT3 RS is hardcore track car and it is made in evolutionary way, those who liked the previous generations of this car (I suppose the major part of TS members) will like new one, Porsche goes a very good evolutionary way when successor beats old model in all aspects, but stays conservative enough to accept it and to trade old for new, and at the same time is attractive enough for first time buyers.

Ferrari is going opposite direction. With every new model launch Ferrari tries to invent some new features and to change style and the whole appear of the car dramaticaly. And such dramatic changes are not acceptable immediately for everyone. It takes some time to get used to it.

For example I was not a huge fan of F430, with 16M as an exception and I am not a fan of this car as well. I would prefer LP560-4 or LP550-2. The only Ferrari I truly love is 599 GTB.

It looks good from the side and back, but the front... dont think it will ever grow on me. I still want to see one in person.

I think the 458 looks amazing in every way...
Its like any new futuristic car that comes out no one likes it because its something new to the eye and the lines in the car don’t seem to line up correctly because in the pictures the line might look flat or out of place. I think once people see the car in person and drive the car they will see what Ferrari did with his machine. I think this car is going to change other supercar designs. Its like the BMW 7ser when it came out in 2001-02 every body did said it looks out of place and what happened years later other car companies changed the design to look close to the lines of the Bimmer. I think Ferrari will do the same with supercars.
