^^It was awesome to watch. TK went to pass Helio in the #3 car by late braking and taking the inside of the chicane on the back straight. TK successfully got around him, but Helio turned into him as they were exiting the 2nd turn of the chicane and their front tires overlapped sending Helio several feet into the air!!! It was amazing to watch in person. You could tell Helio's car was dinged up after that as he slowly fell off the top 5 grouping (which were way out ahead of everyone else) pace after that. Helio's dinged up front suspension finally gave out on him around lap 68 (of 75) which caused a full course yellow allowing everyone on the lead lap to bunch up for a 4 lap sprint for the win. It was an exciting finish. TK is such an agressive driver, I was hoping to see him pass a few people on the last few laps to jump up into 5th or 6th but Infineon is a tight, twisty track with very few passing opportunities.

 

One of the best moves of the year. That'll be on year in review!!!

Hey TK, I too hope to meet you next year, but in Edmonton. It's your race next year, and you can take me for a rip in my number 11 car too!!!

Great race! And all things considered, great finish TK! Tough to ask for anything better after the first lap shenanigans haha, rear ended then front right rolled over and still finish in the top 10 is awesome!! Congrats TK!
