Good Q about keyless entry. I overlooked that. Maybe a separate fob?

Cool pic, Jamie.
I too know several who use a CGT key on their 911. Rock on.

Ask and you shall recieve!

Took the locksmith about 5 minutes to make a perfect cut. Just tried it in the 360 and it fit and fired up perfectly.

Expensive but worth it.

Just for comparison purposes, here is my old beat-up 360 key again.

Big difference.

Dana, that's awesome... I think the key to a special car should be special as well. I got flamed over and over on Rennlist for wishing Porsche improved their keys.

And Jamie, you're right - the CGT key is boring. My 997.2 key is cooler. Bummer.

Ferrari does use the immobilizer - that's what the FOB is for. It also locks and unlocks the doors.

The new key doesn't have any affect on the FOB (Code Transmitter).
