Can that plate tell the difference between Os and 0s?

Florida's Os and 0s are exactly the same.

From what I understand, the degree of accuracy is rather high. I happen to know about it because the agency, err... firm that bankrolled those apps took an interest in my little start up.

Stuff is no joke!
