It's definitely too heavy with the red on the interior. . .would be very interesting with a black dash, headliner, etc. . .and only the red seats.

I second the window tinting. Like, serious hardcore blacked out window tinting. And then smoke the lenses, and this would be one evil Scuderia.
As it sits in the pictures, I like the way it looks. But I'm biased - never saw a Ferrari I didn't like.
