Although they might have added it for the scene, it's not unlikely to see a stock F430 spitting out the bluish/white flame. I've seen both a Gallardo and F430 on the highway do this. It's much more visible at night. Like Jay-Pesos says, it usually happens when the driver is pushing the car. It's not as aggressive as a highly-tuned turbo car or a track-prepped N/A car, but a more subtle flame ring that coats the inside of the exhaust tip. It really is a beautiful sight to behold.
