Good question. To be honest they seemed to have a glut of Scuds at one point when the market was awful... 09, 10, etc. I know at least two of the cars they had for 12 mos + including that one. They had a deep red Novitec twin s'charged car as well. I think they were doing anything they could to unload inventory.
