Those high taxes are how Jim Glickenhaus secured an in-the-wrapper Enzo as the basis of his P4/5. The original owner of that Enzo wanted to bring it to Brazil (car was delivered new to Ferrari Beverly Hills). When he found out what he'd have to pay in import taxes, he told FBH to sell it. Jim snagged it and the rest is history.
