Yeah. The "Buy It Now" price sucks. But remember that on Ebay you can bid the minimum and forego the Buy It Now price. The Buy It Now deal is just a price that the seller would be willing to close the auction immediately for. It is usually higher than you would ever expect to get. The real key is what the reserve is. Hopefully the seller was smart enough to make the reserve significantly less than his Buy It Now.

A high Buy It Now price like that can scare off buyers. Bad move.
