The silver stripe just doesn't go with the gold wheel. Oh yeah, and its about $150K over MSRP!!
I still love it though. Whoever specced it did a nice job. I love the red tach and red pony in the headrest. Those little details are awesome. But Scuds just are not bringing over $400K these days.

It must be pure vanity. If the dealer were serious about selling it, the price wouldn't be in the "scare-the-shit-outta-you" range.

Hell yeah! Have been since the prices started to fall. It's convincing my better-half that has proven the major hurdle. I just bought my 997TT a year ago! My "well, it's a million less than a McLaren F1" angle wasn't as effective as I thought it would be.

Dana - I wish you the best, man. I've been trying to convince my wife that a new 997TT is a much better proposition than both an RS4 AND a Cayman, but she's not biting either. May you get the Scud and enjoy the happiness for all of us...
