I'm not Finnish, but I like the Finnish definition. I'm American and I do lot of bicycling so I use the following English definition from Wikipedia:

The peloton (from French, literally meaning little ball or platoon and also related to the English word pellet), field, bunch or pack is the large main group in a road bicycle race. Riders in a group save energy by riding close (drafting or slipstreaming) near (particularly behind) other riders. The reduction in drag is dramatic; in the middle of a well-developed group it can be as much as 40%.[1]

More loosely, "the peloton" can also refer to professional cyclists in general: "LeMond joined the European peloton at a time when few Americans could."

I think i might be the only one who doesn't like the stripe color. I think if it had no stripe and left the rest the same i'd like it better.
