I actually saw an F430 at Cars and Coffee a couple of weeks ago with a green interior though the seats weren't Daytona's.

I hated it, my uncle loved it.

Hate it. Yellow is a nasty interior color on ANY car. It's ok to have some yellow stitching or contrasting parts in a yellow exterior-ed car, but the interior? Come on.

Maybe black roll bar with either a yellow "time attack" stripe on the front, or a "steering wheel" line on the top?
