After four years since its commercial debut, RUF updates the CTR 3 , flagship of the German coach builder and a centrally placed engine. Under the bonnet lurks a powerful 3.8-liter boxer engine with twin turbos and capable of delivering up to 750 hp (+50) at 7,100 rpm and 960 Nm of torque (+70 Nm) at 4000 rpm. The two intercooled turbocharging system are placed in front of the rear axle and are fed by substantial air vents present on the side.

The CTR 3 has a 6-speed sequential transmission and revisited and mounted transversely. The performances are stunning: the car eats up the 0-100 km / h in 3.2 seconds, it’s up to 200 km / h in 9.6 and has a top speed of 380 km / h. The car body is made of galvanized steel, built around a hybrid frame space-frame with tubular portions and further stiffened by an integrated roll-cage: the total weight is about 1400 kg.

The car rests on alloy rims 19 “front and 20” at the rear wheel tires 255/35 and 335/30 respectively. Wide the ability to customize the interior with leather trim in Alcantara and aluminum, CFRP, etc. etc.. Prices over 300,000 euros.
