Rolls-Royce RR5 – Ghost Coupe Coming

While visiting the Rolls-Royce factory today at Goodwood, UK, Teamspeed may have uncovered the strongest evidence yet that Rolls-Royce is working on a two-door version of its Ghost sedan. The leathershop has a sign hanging on a black leather sample with the wording “For RR5 Development”, indicating a forthcoming concept or production car. We believe that RR5 refers to the Ghost coupe or convertible, and will probably be shown as a concept car, the 201EX. While we’re not sure if it will be shown at the Paris Motor Show, or next year’s Geneva Motor Show, it demonstrates Rolls-Royce’s continuing product development is currently underway.
