New Porsche 991 Turbo Filmed Close-Up

This barely disguised Porsche 911 Turbo test mule was spotted out and about in a district of Stuttgart yesterday by a trusty you-tuber, and we have got to admit it is looking great! This is the first time we can clearly make out a new mesh center-lock wheel design for the upcoming Turbo superstar. As we have previously reported the engine details still remain elusive, and rumors have suggested the new turbo could feature a triple-turbocharged flat-six with approximately 550 PS (405 kW / 542 hp), but its more likely we’ll see something to the tune of a 520bhp 3.8-litre twin-turbo flat six engine. Either power-plant will be connected to a seven-speed manual or an optional PDK transmission, which should ensure this is one of the world’s fastest, living up to the 911 Turbo legacy.
