McLaren 650S vs Tuned Viper GTS: Who Will Win?

It always warms our hearts when we see supercars being used for the purpose for which they are built: speed. And this next video is definitely one that encapsulates that ideal. Here we have a McLaren 650S going up against a Dodge Viper GTS with a tune. Now, both cars are absolutely astounding, although for different reasons.

The McLaren is the pinnacle of racing technology, while the Viper represents the history of hot rods. Both are supremely fast, but who do you think will win in this drag race? The race-built McLaren 650S? Or the all-out brimstone and hellfire spewing Dodge Viper? My money is on the McLaren.

The Viper, while one of my favorite cars, just doesn’t have the power delivery of the McLaren. Each time they go head to head, the Viper just starts sinking into the background as the mighty McLaren launches forward like it has a rocket strapped to its tail.

Just goes to show: even among supercars, the McLarens are hugely quick.
