Lamborghini Debuts 2020-2021 Men’s Fashion Gear in Italy
Pitti Uomo fashion show included Huracán EVO in orange Arancio Xanto, echoing iconic brand features reflected in the menswear collection.
During Italy’s recent Pitti Uomo international men’s fashion show, Automobili Lamborghini presented its Fall and Winter 2020-2021 clothing collection.
Outside the exhibition space, the Huracán EVO coupé was on display in orange Arancio Xanto, echoing Lamborghini’s iconic brand features reflected in the menswear collection.
The Lamborghini menswear collection presents a contemporary look embodying the iconic and signature features of the super sports car brand from Sant’Agata Bolognese. “Three ranges – Informal Luxury, Casual and Pilota Ufficiale – make their way into the men’s wardrobe with a high-performance and visionary sprint,” says Lamborghini in a press statement.
Fast Fashion
The Fall and Winter 2020-2021’s black leather biker jacket features topstitching with quilted elements that evoke the aerodynamic lines of Lamborghini super sports cars. The embossed hexagonal detail is featured around the side pockets and on the piping along the inner placket. The biker jacket looks perfect worn with the range’s sweatshirts and T-shirts, featuring minimal graphic motifs created using cutting-edge techniques, such as the textured 3D effect prints made with micro-injection technology and the carbon prints. Evolution is achieved through experimentation with the minimal-tech parka made in a durable woven bonded material. The double-layer waterproof PolyCotton fabric features a quilted interior – with hexagonal pattern – and an innovative magnet closure.
The look is completed with the shoes, featuring a sock-effect upper and ultralight sole whose design is enhanced by a grooved and textured pattern; a black leather backpack with a compact volume; and the puffer backpack in the new mimetic print.
The two-tone puffer jacket in Deep Green and Nero Pegaso (black) is perfect for keeping warm in the most extreme weather conditions, providing a functional outerwear garment, thanks to the next-generation Thinsulate 3M padding.
Completing the range are slim-fit jeans in total black and indigo blue, with pockets featuring the Y embroidery in a matching shade. The sneakers feature an essential design, with rubberized shield and textured technical nylon, or a tech design with maxi side Y detail and spray effect transparent spoiler. The weekender bag is waterproof nylon, roomy and super light.
The black thermal jacket is in triple-layer material (waterproof and windproof) with a heat regulation system consisting of an inner resistance mesh in carbon fiber for fast-developing and uniform warmth. Similarly, the puffer jacket, also in triple-layer material, has an inner air circulation/breathability system that uses the flow of warm air to ensure a constant body temperature. The sweatshirts and T-shirts feature futuristic prints: a luminous “glow in the dark” technique and a reflectiverainbow technique put a high-tech spin on the Lamborghini elements.
The footwear shares the same DNA, with the ultralight sock-effect shoes in neoprene and the running shoes with dégradé effect upper and customized “puff” elastic. The multi-pocket backpack features the Y pattern detail, while the soft bag is in nylon, with three different graphic designs, including the “glow in the dark” motif perfectly matching the T-shirt.
