Carbonfiber Tub, Suspension Like F1

Built on a carbonfibre monocoque chassis, the 3,130 lbs, Jesko is 40 mm longer and 22 mm wider than an Agera RS. Suspension is via Formula 1-like double wishbones with three Öhlins fully adjustable shock absorbers per wheel. The 12 x 21 inch rear wheels also steer up to three degrees to compliment Jesko’s 9.5 x 20 fronts in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.

Currently sporting maximum downforce spec, Jesko No. 1 sports a fundamental double profile ear wing to contribute to the most aggressive aerodynamics ever seen on a Koenigsegg. Its 40 percent increased downforce is also courtesy of an active front splitter. Even its exterior mirrors help manage airflow

More Spacious, Comfy Too

Easier to access and a little more spacious than previous Koenigseggs, Jesko is said to be more comfortable too. There’s a five-inch digital instrument monitor behind the steering wheel and nine-inch central touchscreen infotainment. Its all controlled by a pair of smaller haptic touchscreens on the steering wheel to run telephone, audio and other functions. There’s also inductive charging for your mobile phones and a birds eye parking monitor.

Named after company founder Christian von Koenigsegg’s dad Jesko, Jesko the car debuted at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. A wingless speed-tweaked Jesko Absolut broke cove a year later. It is expected that Koenigsegg plans to destroy the 300 mph barrier with the Absolut. As it chases to beat the 310 mph — or 500 km/h mark.
