HRE Gives the Huracan and 488 GTB That Little Sum’n Sum’n
HRE claims that they created the monoblock wheel about 10 years ago. Today, there are dozens of manufacturers that make the same type of model, so HRE felt like it had to go back to the drawing board and make the next advancement. That progress debuts in HRE’s new set of wheels, the Series P2.
In order to show the goods, HRE enlisted a couple heavy hitters: a customized Ferrari 488 GTB and the ever-enticing Lamborghini Huracan. The Series P2 comes in three patterns, a 10-spoke mesh, a five-spoke diamond, and a “directional-spoke” V5. According to HRE, “the design of these new wheels includes unique twisted spoke geometry and complex 360-degree surfacing inspired by the latest supercars.” Which explains why these cars were chosen for the photo shoot.
You can buy the built-to-order wheels in 20-22 inches and widths of 8.5 to 13 inches. HRE is also making the Series P2 with a centerlock in the future.
