Jason Tang captures everything that makes Ferraris great.

Well, we can’t all own Ferraris. But we can enjoy them from afar. Whether up close, in traffic, or from afar, it’s hard not to get excited looking at one of Modena’s finest. Seeing one in the wild is an event. Spotting a group of them is enough to raise the pulse of the most stoic of gearheads. And if you can’t do that, there are photographs. Millions and millions of photographs.

It doesn’t hurt that Ferraris are some of the most photogenic things on four wheels. And that’s made abundantly clear in the work of Jason Tang. Posting on the TeamSpeed forums as “atomic80,” the Bellevue, Washington-based photographer has an insane 40-page thread of his best Prancing Horse photos. There are hundreds here. From 430s to LaFerraris, from F40s to Enzos, his photos are like Ferrari’s greatest hits package.

These aren’t simple iPhone snapshots either. From insanely sharp detail photos to heart-racing action shots, he clearly has a knack for capturing the cars at their best. The color pops, the shadows are dark and moody, and everything he focuses on looks its best. We could go on about these incredible photos and the cars in them. But that really wouldn’t do them justice. Instead, you really should look at the entire thread. In the meantime, here are some of our favorite shots from Jason’s years-long thread.
