There’s been a growing number of race track “country clubs” that have sprung up over the years. The concept is simple. Elite members of the track can have a property on premises, have the track available to them all the time, all while not having to worry about loading up on a trailer or rig to go for some test and tune. It’s a great formula, and the newest track to join that trend is Brainerd International Raceway. Although just two of these homes have been built, their purpose is clear. Garages are big, living is comfortable, and the views are amazing. Since Brainerd hosts events of a wide variety, it’s no surprise that the first two homes are far different from each other. In the first one, sharp modern design meshes well with the cars within.
