Careless Driver Backs Into Ferrari F430 Four Times in a Row, Leaves

There’s a reason I always do a double-take when I see a supercar street parked. Leaving your car on the curb is not exactly the safest place for high-end vehicles, and this Volkswagen Golf Cabriolet is a perfect example of why.

Attempting to get out of a parallel parking spot, the Golf slowly backs up right into the front bumper of a Ferrari F430. Then it pulls forward, stops, and reverses again … right into the Ferrari again. Then again. AND AGAIN. DEAR LORD MAKE IT STOP. The Golf hits the F430 four times total, even setting off the alarm on the $200,000 (MSRP) supercar.

Although the video below is actually from 2012, it’s possibly more relevant now than ever. Equally as maddening as the person hitting the car is that doofus with the camera. He literally assumed this would happen, set up to capture the moment, then sat there and did absolutely nothing about it. He could have stopped the driver and told them. He could have offered to help the person back up. But noooooo, social media hit, here we come! Cold world.
