If you’re in the market for a nut-and-bolt restored vintage Land Rover, you won’t find a better deal than this.

As anyone who’s ever gone through the process of a nut-and-bolt restoration already knows, this isn’t by any means a cheap thing to do. In fact, those who pay for such a job will likely never recoup their major investment. So if you’re looking to buy a particular vehicle but want it absolutely perfect, it’s obviously better to let someone else take the financial hit. Then, you can pick up something like this gorgeous 1971 Land Rover Series IIA for pennies on the dollar.

If you’re a fan of vintage Land Rover vehicles (and who isn’t?), you won’t find many better than this beautiful Poppy Red example up for grabs at Classic Car Studio. The detail in this vehicle’s restoration is nothing short of stunning, for starters. Everywhere you look, you’ll be blown away by its perfection. Not even Land Rover themselves could have possibly made a vehicle this nice back when it was new.

Aside from the obvious visual perfection, this off-road legend has also received a full mechanical refresh. The original engine, transmission, transfer case, and differentials have been rebuilt. And virtually every other component is brand new. The entire chassis has been galvanized and fitted with all-new suspension bits, and the detailing is nothing short of superb.

From the wiring to the gauges, this restoration left nothing untouched. Somebody clearly invested somewhere in the six-figure range to restore this old Land Rover. And yet, it can be had today for a hair under $60k. If that isn’t an absolute bargain, we don’t know what is.
