2013 Mercedes-Benz A-Class spotted testing

Winter testing is in full swing for Mercedes and our trusty Teamspeed spies are always braving the cold weather to get us the latest scoops. With the camouflage mostly removed from the last batch of spy shots we showed you, we can now see a clearer view of the front-end design. This is also the first time we can clearly see the interior of the A-Class, which looks to be very similar to that of the new B-Class.

Powering the new A-Class will most likely come from a variety of four-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines. We also hear that Mercedes is planning a more powerful sports version with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four banger the hood. Can an AMG variant be in the works as well? Lets hope so.

We expect the new A-Class to be fully revealed by the end of 2012.
