For a car that was launched in 1983 and set the tone for a generation, it still looks incredible -- ever wonder why no one had the stones to copy this design?

That's a good color. Our local MB dealer had one in their showroom for years. I think because the owners wife didn't want it home. Who knows really. The color is real rich.

Hah, I find myself agreeing to this term for a strange reason but so true. These are true definitions of exotic 
I kind of miss autos like the Testarossa. They simply cannot compete with modern Ferrari autos, they had character.. and I miss waking up to the poster(s) on my wall I had of this Beast.
