I don't have a dog in this fight - have never even met the owner - but people should remember there are always two sides to every story, especially in situations like this.

Absolutely.
Sometimes on the track, situations happen in which no one has control over... I'm just glad I'm not reading headlines that say "Today a fatal Macca..." blah blah.
