| Interesting pic...shows an F40 next to the development mule that was used to build it. Referred to as a 288 Evoluzione, it was shatteringly fast on the track. Once Enzo Ferrari gave the go ahead for the F40, it is said the Ferrari engineers and designers had a finished prototype within 9 mos, chiefly due to the development work already completed on the 288 EVO. |
