Although I NEVER defend Lambo guys because most can't afford to pay this bill because of their 5k a month car payments I bet this was a case of the machine not working and he got fed up.

Agreed. If I were to guess, I would say that the lambo guy waited for a couple of minutes for the parking attendant to let him out. When that never happened, he went for it. I would say that the guy running at the end of the video is said, parking guy.

He probably got fed up with a machine that did not work. I've done something similar before, except I drove through some hedges after about 10 minutes of not having a machine work.
