458 Spider - It's been remarkably quiet on any new news!

458 Spider, when will we officially see you!
We anxiously await for the next spider from Maranello.

It's been eerily quiet on the news front from Maranello regarding this highly anticipated drop top. Word is that no one is allowed near thew 458 assembly line during factory tours right now as the car is being worked on but that still doesn't stop us from a rendering here and there right! The tips we have received are still saying we will see a form of a retractable hard top possibly made from carbon fiber but again nothing has been officially confirmed. Until then we will keep our eyes and ears open!

Looks pretty good actually. I have totally changed my opinion on the 458 after seeing them in person. When I first saw the shots I hated the car but once I saw it in the flesh it really is amazing.

I am more eagerly awaiting the next CS/SCUD/LTW whatever version which, I know they are claiming will not be made but we all know that's a bunch of bullshit.
