Good tip, I'm pretty good at planning things like this, I don't like to "wing it" on trips very often. Anyhow, I have my accommodation booked, transportation figured out, rough schedule in mind, just trying to locate the best deal on tickets and I'll be set.

Buying directly from the official site is my best bet?

I'd be up for something on Saturday night. Will have 1 guy friend with me, significant others are staying home - just a boy's trip this time!

Anyone have insight on which grandstands are best? Or maybe what the apartment tickets are all about?

Is it cheaper to buy in person or online prior to the event? Trying to get a buddy of mine to come with and he's wary of huge cost overruns.

Monaco Bodyguards, come drop some knowledge bro! :)

I would try to get hold of some apartment tickets with food and drinks. It is hard to say if it is better to buy in person or online. It is more unsure but prices tend to fall just before the event if they are not fully booked.

Me and Sr Felix is coming down as well, staying in Italy close to Venimiglia. Let's have a little meet!

Staying in Italy is also a great idea (and cheaper). And they are more friendly as well.....

Ok guys, lets have a TS meet at Le Grand Bleu bar and restaurant - its right on the beachfront at the Palais Stephanie casino on La Croisset Cannes. How about 7pm on the Saturday night?

I'm surprised mike s doesn't have you all on his yacht. He probably wouldn't even notice as he'll be on the third deck with gorgeous women. Standard issue for mike really. ;)

Works for me, Jase.

Or Mike S's Yacht, yaknow, whatever's easier. :)

Where would one stay in Italy, if he were wanting to get back and forth from Monaco easily?

I'd like to go see the Ferrari & Lamborghini factories if they're nearby.

Excellent - some non TS guys are joining us too, all massive car guys! Current head count is approx 15. Should be good.

You could stay in Bordighera ca 30 min from Monaco or one of my favorite places, Alassio. About one hour drive.

Factories are 2 - 3 hours away, depending on what car you have.....:lol:
