Can you please tell me why not buy a replica?
Hi,
I just found an amazing website which replicate any type of watches with an outstanding match!!!
They are selling the survivor for $480 !!
I just want to know why not buying a replica watch? or why should I buy an original one?
In cars, you can not buy a Ferrari replica! but wacthes, if for me is only how does it look and how does it fit, then why not a replica?

I fail to see the difference between a replica watch and a replica Ferrari.

If you have a 16M and a SV in the garage, why would you be considering a replica watch? Just saying, I have a replica Daytona that I got in Hong Kong and it looks great, but its still a replica.

Doesn't make any sense to skimp on a watch you should be able to clearly afford (given your stable). If you're worried about the price of the AP Survivor, buy a Hublot or something cheaper, but not a knock-off.

Ok ... I can affoard one or two watches ... but the idea is if their is no difference whats so ever then why spending this money?! whats the point?
I get boared so fast of anything ... so instead of throwing money why not a replica?

All there, in 4 easy words. Well, almost 5. 4,5.
It also has every chance in the world to make you look like an idiot. See, people who notice nice watches will also spot that same second a fake one. So instead of complimenting you on the watch, they will say nothing and laugh at you a lot.
Besides, to me a replica has nothing going for it ... I like the Speedmaster for its space history ... a replica is just some random piece of scrap metal, whereas the real thing tells a story.
And let's not get into quality comparison ...

There is no satisfaction in owning a replica. They are also not reliable since they have horrible "generic" movements.
