pardon my ignorance of the series, but what sort of regulations do they run on these, on the cars? seems that there was a fair bit of passing under power, meaning some of the cars were well down on power vs the others?

are there several classes running simultaneously, ala GT1, GT2, etc?

not to take anything away from the drivers' and team setup skills of course

am just comparing to series like say, WTCC or BTCC that are tightly regulated to keep engine outputs very close, hence virtually no overtaking along the straight bits
